-You can no longer move any unit on the map even enemy units

-Hover Text Size updates at all points

-Fabricating claims updates the map

-Better Scaling for Relative Military Strength

-Can no longer promote status on non core tiles

-Subjects can no longer declare independence if below 50% liberty desire
